We have been travellers for a long time, aging with this passion – for landscapes, for experiences, for beauty.
After globetrotting the world and settling down in different countries, sharing a brief holiday back home we were finally struck by our own country’s tremendous beauty.
We fell back in love with our art, culture, food, nature, wine, fashion, landscapes, design.
We realized that Italy - a very small country, with a very long history and exquisite culture – is the perfect backdrop to experience some of the best traits of life.
We are Italians, and passionately belong to this land.
Our mission is to uncover Italy’s most well kept secrets and allow our guests to enjoy the tremendous beauty of the whole country, and be struck by it just as it happens to us.

Simone Sturla
Simone represents the very heart of Italy BAO project. He travelled definitely a lot, following his drive for photography and explorations.
In the travel industry since 1999, he developed the right attention to detail and off the beaten path interests and pleasures. He is our key-master: with few rings he may craft your trip. He currently lives in Beijing, as he doesn’t like it easy.

Jacopo Marcello
Jacopo belongs to the Marcello noble family, and is Member of the Board at Venetian Villas Owners Association. He is passionate and experienced sailor, keen climber, and brilliant jazz pianist – beside cultured wine-lover, and historian by birth. Lives in Italy.
Enrico Rondinelli
>Enrico is our professional race driver.
He’s racing in professional competition, writes as sport journalist, and he is also an industrial designer for racing cars aerodynamics.
Very young, and very talented.

Marco Santoro
Marco is our seafarer. He passed youth skipping sailing boat until become Captain of an historical vessel – the Ocean Glory. He is our expert for anything concerning the sea – with his long experience and broad contacts he is the man for choosing the right vessel – and the right captain – for any needs.
No harbor is unknown to him. Lives in Italy.
Massimiliano Dorigo
Photojournalist and filmmaker specialized in tourism, travel and nature. He has produced hundreds of reports for Italian magazines and several documentaries for Italian television, and National Parks – in Italy and abroad. Passionate traveler and travel guide, he is our horse-riding master and folklore festival passionate. We met him while he was intently following silverback gorillas in Uganda. Bit too close was our judgment.
Now resides in Italy.
Simone Donei
Simone is our chinese-speaking ski instructor. Member of the Dolomiti’s Instructor Association, is also our Mountains’ expert: been born on Dolomites grants him first-hand knowledge and direct experience of locations and peoples.

Oscar Chirizzi

Mara Piasentin
Mara spent her early years of work all around the world as a representative of major firms of Italian wines and liqueurs. After her passage in a leading telephone company to accomplish customer need as best as possible it is now five years that she proposes the best fit between travelers desires and Italian mine of marvels.
